daar symbool voor. Een viergranen tripel, bestaande uit gerst, tarwe, haver en rogge. De combinatie met de gekozen gist en hoppen maken het tot een krachtig en kruidig bier. Proef de overwinning, proef de veerkracht.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is spicy and a bit grassy with malt, spicy yeast, some fruity esters, coriander. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet with a welcome bitterness in the finish. Medium body. They nailed it with this Tripel.

Geprobeerd met Roelzie. Het is een licht troebel goudgeel bier met een medium schuimkraag. Het heeft een zoete wat kruidige geur. De smaak is vol, kruidig, koriander en citrus.

Op tap bij de Stadsbrouwerij. Iets mistig gouden kleur, witte kraag. Redelijk zoet, wat kruidig, korianderzaad, kruidnagel, citrus, licht grassig, moutig, banaan, esters, bittere finish, fris. Medium body. Prima.

Bottle picked up from the brewpub, Maastricht and consumed Wednesday 20th October 2021. Listening to Bills & Aches & Blues a 4AD compilation of covers of 4AD artists by current artists. About to cook Salmon and Cream Cheese Stuffed Pasta. Pours mid gold with a white head, nice warmth from the alcohol, however it's not harsh at all. Nice spicy edge, good maltiness, light honey notes, soft moutheel. Good.

Bottle at home, golden beer, small head. Aroma is malt, fruit, sweet, grain, hint of wheat, rye. Taste is the same, light spice/herbal, rye, wheat tartness, sweet. long grainy aftertaste. not bad, quite enjoy this one.
