Bottled. Unclear copper, foamy head. Banana, minerals, yeast, estery notes, malt. Light bitterness, malty yeasty sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry finish. Good and rather different Weisse!

Nice dark amber orange color, lasting head. Spicy grain in the nose, herbal and woody. Refreshing acidity, with a tannic bite that almost reminds me of a young cask aged beverage. If that's from the barbe-rouge hops, interesting indeed. A unique weissbier.

50cl bottle. A hazy amber beer with a beige head. Aroma of ripe banana, brett and clove. Taste of ripe banana, orange fruits, brett, yeast and some clove.

Säuerlich hefiger Antrunk mit geringer Karbonisierung. Kaum bananig, dafür angenehme wenn auch recht milde Noten von Weizen, etwas Karamell. Kurzer Abgang. 12/8/9/8/11/8

Tap. Hazy amber color with white head. Aroma is peach, wheat, light yeast. Taste is dough, wheat, peach, minerals. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Quite tasty, but hardly a Weißbier
