Amber color with a minimal and quickly diminishing off-white head. Aroma has notes of caramel and dry fruits. Flavor is bittery, some earthy notes and light caramelish. Light bitterness on palate, mild maltiness.

Bottle at Craft Islington thanks to Dirty D. It pours fresh, bready malts, sweet candied peel, grass and paper. The taste is soft, sweet, candy, sugary malts, sweet bread, candied apricot, dull sherbet and biscuit with a sweet finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. OK, but a bit overlay sweet for my liking.
