A near clear rich colour gold beer, a good pale cream colour head that persists. Airy smooth palate, reasonable superfine carbonation coming through on the back end. Light pale malts, a very light creamy sweetness that suits this splendid brew down to the ground. Wonderful combination of yeast usage and clever barrelling delivers soft but rich champagne and Chardonnay vibes. A little oaky vanilla. Airy semi dry finish. Wonderful champagne beer, a stellar example of the style. Now add some 2026 Nelson Sauvin hops and you will have a mind blower.

75cl bottle from Stacks. Hazy ochre, stable, foamy, white head. Aroma of white wine, white grape, oak, unripe white nectarine, hay, vanilla, grass, moist white pepper. Taste has sweetish white nectarine, sourish white grape and bitter grape skin in a bread crust-like malt body complemented by lemony & funky hay notes. Grassy & floral hoppy finish, lingering grape juice (causing a soft tannic effect) and warming white wine-like alcohol. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Clean, no-frills, effectively somewhere in the middle between Grape Ale and Brut.

Medium, dense white head, very regular, over finely carbonated golden beer. Grapey, vinous, winesugars, vineleaf. Sourish-sweetish-mineral, in a good balance. Again grapes, but also musk, animal, funky. Quite slick, even a tad velvety texture despite good carbonation. Alcohol remains seriously hidden. The grapes keep coming in the aftertaste. Dangerously drinkable, and better than most would-be sparkling wine beers. Txs to Stef!

Pours slightly hazy blonde. Small white head. Scent is green, sharp, herbal, DMS? (strongly) overripe apples. Fairly unpleasant. Taste is sharp, dry, with a certain sweetness. Metallic-like. Apples (overripe) , harsh. Not a fan at all.
