clear yellow, white head
aroma of herbs, hay, wild yeast and tea. not bad. very yeasty/wild. Yey it behaves as if things are under control.
flavor is very nicely wild and citrussy with notes of lemongrass and lemon making the beer seriuously tart, with an already i think quite sour base to begin with. refreshing and totally sour if you're into that sort of beer. Aroma did not at all hint at the sourness awaiting.
In the end the lime is almost too much, drowing out the more nuanced notes of the wild ale.

Tap at Winter Affair 2026. Murky yellow body, white head. Sour citric aroma, low phenolic spicy touches. Lean, dry taste, spicy tea notes, distinct but light lemony notes. Actually niceish!

Uklar lys gul med hvitt skum/bobler som raskt forsvinner. Lukter te og sitron. Sprudlende og syrlig. Smaker mye sitron. Som en syrlig radler.

Interesting sour, tasted on tap at the brewpub. Lots of lemon, some iced tea flavours, nice acidity. Very drinkable. Good.

Arôme est centré sur le citrique, fruits verts/agrumes, feuilles infusées.
Palais est finement sour, citron vert, acidité moyenne, grinçant aux dents, sèche en fin de bouche. Le caractère de feuille de thé reste modéré compte tenu de l'aspect citrique de la bière de base.
