Bottle. A hazy, pale golden beer topped by a small, white head. The aroma is quite citrusy, with oranges and a vinegar touch. Some gooseberries. Some maltyness and a hint of spices too. Itβs tart and dry on the palate, with a soft carbonation. Vinegar notes, citrus juice and a hint of spices in the far back. Lasting lemon juice and vinegar finish. Really refreshing this one, but a bit too much on the vinegar side. 150911

330 ml bottle. Slightly hazy pale golden body with a medium sized, lacing white head. Aroma is acidic, mild fruity with a hint of funk/barnyard. Distinct flavor with acidity, salt and mild malt, lemon and fruit. A stylish BW with a rather dominating Brett flavor for the style, but lovely. Balanced body with a long lasting nice and acidic aftertaste. Enjoyable and delicious at only 4,5 ABV.

Alvinne Ich Bin Ein Berliner Ryesse 4.5% on tap at Nuetnigenough. It pours a bright opaque gold with 1cm of foam. The nose is sulfur, rye & lactic acid. Not all that appealing honestly the sulfur gives it a somewhat egg salad character. Light effervescent body with a super dry finish. The taste is not bad - maybe even pretty good: acidic, yoghurty, lactic, slightly earthy rye mixed with lemon.

Bottle shared by Joes. Hazy pale yellow color, virtually no head. Aroma is funky and zesty. Taste is sour, zesty, unripe fruits, sour green apple. Average yet suitable body, a bit fizzy yet not unpleasant carbonation.

Cloudy yellow pour with a white layer on top. Ahhhhh what an aroma. Puhhh. Fruity, acidic and funky. Powerstuff. Medium body with a fine carbonation. Nice balance between sweetness and acidity. Fruity, citric and yeast. Lovely beer.
