Cask, third pint. @Nottingham Camra Beer Festival, Nottingham (England). 10/10/2024 [#7.836 Global - #38 Wales - #1 Big Hand Brewing Co. (My Welsh brewery #18)] Pours almost clear golden with a lasting bubbly head. Aroma: bread, pale malts, straw and sea weed. Taste: bready pale malts and caramel. Malty palate. Next one, please!

11/10/2024. Cask at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Pours clear bright golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is malty, hoppy, floral, citrus, hay. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Light to moderate body, watery, very soft carbonation. Light easy drinker.

Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 17th March 2024. Clear amber with shallow foam and spot lacing. Grassy hoppiness in aroma. Rich malt and citrus hoppiness in-mouth. Zesty peel and sweet toffee malt dominate the finish. Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.

[June 2022] Clear and golden with a frothy white head and apricots on the nose. Biscuits and fruit very nicely balanced in the flavour, soft and easy drinking with a slightly dry finish

Cask at GBBF '23, day 2, 02/08/23. Clear golden with an off white covering. Nose is melon, straw, soft fruit elements, orange zest. Taste comprises orange peel, hint of caramel, breads, grass, soft malts. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Not bad.

GBBF Day 2. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, modest fine carbonation. Light pale malts, a little sweetness. Mild dry pine. Modest marmaladey citrus. Light dry finish. Not bad.

Cask athe the Bridge, Kingswinford. Pours dull gold with a medium head. Aroma is grainy and acrid straw. Taste has grainy straw with a touch of vanilla.

Cask pint @ The Swan Inn, Pontfadog, after an evening night ride around the surrounding hills. Clear deep gold, small white head. Malty nose. Fairly light bodied with a noticeable bitterness, pale malt provides much of the overall character. Nicely sessionable.
