750ml bottle pours a murky yellow with some soft, white head. Nose has a lot of lime and ginger, some straw, some wood, a little buttery oak, some white grape, lemongrass. Flavor has more of the ginger, but it’s not biting or harsh, lemongrass, straw, lime, white grape, mild hints of vanilla, some yogurt. Medium bodied, refreshing finish. Very nice.

Tap. Pours clear golden yellow, small white head, solid lacing. Aroma is oak and ginger. Flavor is very ginger forward, oaky, lemon, light tart, a touch of funk. Some ginger bite. Medium body. A bit ginger aley.

Bottle at De Garde. Pours a bright yellow color with a medium white head. A big fruity nose, funky, oak. Lots of citrus elements that are really ginger. The flavor is an oaky sour base with robust ginger, something seemed smoky to me almost. Quite interesting.

Bottle shared by Jeff, thanks! Pours a hazy light gold with a white head that dissipates immediately and completely. Aroma is ginger forward with barrel and light tart fruits backing. Flavor has sour fruits up front with more barrel and ginger in the finish.

Bottle thnx to Geus Pours unclear blonde, OK white head . Smell is ginger , Tea , but not too overpowering . Taste is sour , followed by ginger - spicyness . Very straight , in balance, but on the easy way ( sour bacteria and ginger ) 2 extreme taste balance eachother out, but I miss the depth here . Very intense for the ABV , like most sours .
