Bottle. Reddish bronze color, slightly creamy foam. Aroma: a little spicy-earthy hop and different malts, a little butter and fruits. Taste: caramel, biscuit, fruit topping, a bit butter and earthy bitterness, drinkable.

Cask at the Ice Wharf, London on 25th January 2018, with a plate of haggis, neeps and tatties. Copper with off-white foam and full lacing. Sweet caramel aroma. Toffee/caramel malt in-mouth, with a juicy fruit kick, and a similar finish with a hint of cooked veg. Medium bodied with a light mouthfeel.

Cask at The Booking Office. It pours clear deep copper - brown with a substantial off- white head. The aroma is sweet, sticky toffee, biscuit, generally fruity vibes and brown bread. The taste is dry, bitter - sweet upfront, then mostly sweet, sticky, toffee, caramel, brown bread, fruity vibes, fruit cake and some drying wood character through the finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Not much depth and it comes across rather sweet. Fair.
