(Draught at La Tana, Brussels, 18 Oct 2023) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with green apples, grapes, citrus and oak wood. Fruity, tart taste with notes of grapes, green apples, citrus, white wine, oak wood and yeast. Low bitterness. Medium body, dry. Tart, fresh and rich with a good winey character. Very nice.

Pours fairly clear blonde. Sma white head . Scent is funky, tart, oak, Minor grape grassy and citrussy touch. Taste is a bit plasticy, funk, mild woody, low grape profile . Sharp acidity is fairly complex. Decent, but the fermentation profile doesn't seem to be all that .

[9/5/2023] Draught at Open Baladin in Torino. 5.9%. Hazy orange. Barnyard, minerals, oaky, rusty metal, some citrus, sour, light bitter touch, medium-bodied. Very nice.

Bottle from Foeders Online. Color: Slightly hazy golden, no head. Aroma: Tart, fruity grapes, funky hints. Taste: Moderate tart, fruity grape and grapeskin, oak wood. Tannins. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Subtle farmyard-like funk. Spicy hints. Medium body, below average carbonation. Nicely balanced.
