Bottle 33cl. from the brewery webshop @home poured into an English pint glass. Clear deep brown colour, huge moussy beige head, slowly unevenly dissipating, heavy lacing. Aroma dark malt, roasted malt, caramel, dark fruits, cocoa powder. Taste medium sweet and below medium bitter, malty, toffee, chocolate, dark fruits. Medium body, watery to oily texture, average carbonation, mild dry sweetbitter aftertaste, chocolate notes, dark fruits, nice.

Sample from Grumbo, via minutemat; drank at home on 1st November 2021. Very short lived tanned topping on a dark cola coloured body. Watery for a Stout, but it's OK I suppose, some mild coffee aromas and flavours, dark fruits too, if you dig deep enough.

Sample, thanks to Grumbo. Pours a very dark brown. Roasty nose. Taste is surprisingly sweet for a dry stout with an appealing dark toffee sweetness, dried dark fruits, milk chocolate.. no real dry roast presence, but pretty tasty for what it is. The last of the 25 sample rare country odyssey, and finishing on a high note. Many thanks Graham for sourcing all of these! Chapeau.

2/10/2021. Bottle from Netherlands courtesy of Miquelli, cheers! Pours black with a small frothy beige head. Aroma of light roasted malt, milk chocolate, light coffee, prunes, dried fruits. Medium sweetness, light roasted bitterness. Moderate body, soft carbonation. Light dry and chocolaty finish. Easy drinking. Not bad.
