Pours clear blonde. Small white head. Scent is dusty oak, lactic acid-like clean acidity. Mildly malty. Taste is crispy acidic, dry, mild lemon, wheat, lactic acid. Fairly sharp, drying. Oak. Medium-low intense carbonation. Medium body. Very decent, a bit symplistic in it's acidity, but i've had far, far worse. Enjoyable.

Bottle 37.5 caged and corked bbd 1/2025. Slightly hazy deep golden colour, tiny fizzy quickly disappearing head, no lacing, Quite subtle aroma, brett, tart, barnyard, gooseberries, herbal notes, some wood. Round taste, medium sour and slightly sweet, brett, tart, gooseberries, green apples, barnyard, woody notes, bit peppery. Medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation, dry sour aftertaste, some sweetness, very much geuze-alike, gooseberries and green apples, well-balanced, very good.

Bottle from Beerdome. Hazy golden without head and with some floaties even though the bottle has been standing in my fridge for weeks. Aroma is sweet, malty, citrus, barnyard and wood. Flavor is medium sweet and rather acidic. Dry and rather acidic finish. Very gueuze-like. 160422

Bottle. Color: Lightly hazy orangish golden, thin white head. Aroma: Yart, gooseberries, subtle funky. Taste: Moderaye to over moderate tart, farmyard-like wild yeast funk, fruity gooseberry and sour apple, some citrus, quite some wood and tannins. Dry, astringent mouthfeel. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Geuze-like. Nice one.

0,375l bottle at home. BB 25.01.2025. yellow lightly hazy color, small fast disolving white head. smells lightly funky, earthy, grassy, herbs, light stone fruits, bit citric, peppery. nice smell. full body, pearly carbonation. tastes citric, grassy, herbal, bit funky, peppery, light stone fruits. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of funk, citrus and peppery notes. quite nice one, carbonation was rather aggressive though, makes it more sour than it actually is, also makes it a bit hard to drink. overall very good and promising beer.

Head, as white rim, gone in seconds; clear darker golden beer, not very carbonated. Lactic acid, bit diary. Green fruit, rhubarb, unripe yellow fruit. Light barnyard odours, delicate. Sour fruit again in the mouth, really tart, unripe bananapeel. Again hints at barnyard. Acidbite, lipsmacking acidity, dry-out effect, serious acidthinning. Mild carbonation. It's not a gueuze. But it comes pretty near.
