All’imbocco si avvertono sentori di cracker e pane bianco ben presto oscurati dalla parte fruttata (agrumi, pompelmo e una piccola componente di frutta tropicale) che si bilancia con una componente rustica. La chiusura è gradevolmente amara con una componente erbacea e zesty. Il corpo è leggero e la carbonazione vivace per rendere scorrevole la bevuta.

33cl can from AbeerVinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours light orange gold, scarcely transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is citrus, grapefruit, herbal. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is moderately bitter. Final is average.

Can at the hotel from La Tana. Hazy golden pour with a white head. Nose is a touch sulphuric although this goes away, otherwise quite barnyardy, slighlty funky, slightly grassy and herbal. Grassy and somewhat citric in flavor, lemon zest, herbs show medium to high bitterness combine with a light and crisp yet fluffy body. Not too complex (it doesnt need to be either) but quite pleasant

On tap at Astral Beers, Bologna. Cloudy golden with medium white head. Yeasty, some fruity notes, brett, herbal. Bitterness in finish. Medium bodied.

Draught at Astral Beers: pours clear gold with a white head. Aroma is really herbal and yeasty. Taste is herby, sort of tangy. Not really sweet. Not bad.

Draught at Na Che Siete Venuti A Fà, Rome. Cloudy, straw colored. AROMA- apple, pear, candied fruit, exotic, jelly, a bit sharp. FLAVOR- smooth, neutral, slightly bitter, pear, apple, meadow, coriander, very smooth malt base. Medium bodied. Tasty.

Dorée sur un léger pâle avec un blanc crémeux tenace.
Arôme est légèrement houblonné tirant sur un fin fruité et herbacé avec une touche sur les agrumes. Le côté céréale est présent en légèreté.
Palais est fin, je retrouve un léger fruité avec un apport fin de grains - céréale qui ne me fait pas vraiment voyager dans le Hainaut et ce côté rustique.
Peut-être une approche plus américaine - retrouve un fruité, un peu agrumes - pomelo. L'ajout de brett est peu notable.

Keg at Extra Hop, Palermo, 04/10/17. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white head. Nose is orange peel, straw, toasted grains, light spice, melon, earthy tropical fruits. Taste comprises cantaloupe melon, light yeast strains, white peppery spice, floral notes, pineapple chunks, splash of Um Bongo, peach, hay, light farmyard. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a good blast of hop jizz. Tasty and fairly heavily hopped saison.
