Opening this product yesterday at home, regular, not extraordinary but it is ok, not so champagne in my point of view, malty, smooth, rather sweet, a bit boozy, hop that it is ordinary, some bitterness, fruity. 13.11.2022

Bottle at home, courtesy of Beerhunter111, thanks a lot! Pours opaque golden with a white head. Nose is slightly citric, vineous, grassy. Taste is vague malts, citruses, vineous notes and a touch of grass. Dry body and finish with lively carbonation.

Keg at Schoppe Brau, Berlin, 22/07/22. Moderately hazed golden orange with a decent white cap. Nose is grass, melon, hint of white grape, stoned fruits. Taste comprises mellow yeast esters, lemon rind, light stoned fruits, grass, straw, herb. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Fine for the style.

Bottle, bought in Hamburg as I remember, altogether too long ago. Yes it's quite expired (3y?), but it's been in my fridge the whole time, so there's that. Dark gold, light haze, moderate head. Dry nose with light caramel and (unsurprisingly) not much in the way of hop notes. Flavor is actually great, big apricot (how does that happen?) no major aging failures, a touch of caramel sweetness despite the brut moniker. The extra point for aging well makes up for the lack of hop aroma from aging.
