(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a medium-sized and delicately off-white foamy head. Slightly vinous peach-fruity and herbal, hay-ish hoppy aroma with resiny notes. Mildly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Yeasty, almost juicy malty taste with fruity and spicy hoppy flavours, including citrus, grapes and peaches; slightly sweet and delicately vinous-fruity and slightly tart finish. 20.VII.17

0.33 l bottle from ’BierPost.com’, best before June 2017. Clear, golden amber with a medium large, thick, stable, white head. Sweetish, fruity, floral and quite yeasty-spicy aroma of clove, peach, gooseberry, dandelion and some honey. Slightly sweetish, minimally sourish, fruity, floral and moderately yeasty-spicy taste of gooseberry, peach, lime peel, clove, some white grapes and hints of honey, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, slightly tart, yeasty-spicy and fairly dry finish. Medium body, rather effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Very interesting beer, super refreshing, still quite complex and refined. Like it!

Bottle. Mostly fruity, apricot and such. Soft texture, mid-high carbonation and mid-thin body. Fruity estery character, which is so interesting that nothing much is needed for a good beer. Me likey.
