Bottle (as Schampus der Strasse): Hazy - later cloudy, golden with an orangey sheen, bigger stable, lacy and rocky white head, moderate sweet bitter and also sourish fruity (orangey) and yeasty-vinous nose; moderate to solid sweet flavour with both a light bitterness and acidity, medium bodied; lingering sweet-bitter fruity and vinous-yeasty finish. Not worse than many belgian originals...

Amber with a frothy head that thins and lingers. Aroma of fermenting pears, Belgian yeast and freshly polished chrome. A certain pungent dankness underlies it all. Taste is modestly sweet. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Interesting.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, amber colour with average to huge, firm, frothy, moderately to mostly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Yeasty fruity, slightly vinous fruity aroma, notes of green apple, white grapes, pear, some yeasty spiciness with a touch of coriander and white pepper. Taste is dry, yeasty fruity, minimally vinous, notes of green and yellow apple, apple purée, hints of pear and white grapes, some residual sweetness supports the fruitiness; hints of citrusy hop as well. Pretty decent.

Bottle, 6.0%. Distinct yeasty aroma, slightly citric. Cloudy light amber colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is malty, slightly citric. Some bubble gum flavour. Not that dry. Tastes Belgian, but not very brut.
