One of five beers to celebrate five years of Walhalla! YOPAAT has everything that makes a West Coast IPA: dank citrus aromas, a malty caramel backbone and a piney bitter finish. Double dryhopped with Columbus, Centennial and Chinook cryo hops. The West Coast is the best Coast!

Can from BiervanEijk, Frederiksoord. Aroma is resinous hops with grapefruit, orange, malt, caramel. Bittersweet flavour, quite the resin-bomb with classic C-hops. Medium body. Some more fruitiness would have been nice. Caramalt.

0.44 l can from 'Ace Drinks', canned in April 2021. Clear, deep amber with a medium large, frothy, stable, off-white head. Sweetish, gently fruity-resiny aroma of pine, orange jam and light mango. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, quite resiny and slightly fruity taste of caramel, pine, tobacco, some mango and a touch of orange jam, followed by a short, gently bitter, quite resiny finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Quite tame for a Westcoast IPA, not the most outspoken one. Pleasant, well-balanced, but that's it. Expected more.

Can. Color: Clear amber, off-white head. Aroma: Hoppy, subtle citrus notes. Taste: Hopbitterness, grassy and a little piney, some dank, caramel malt background, subtle citrus notes and light tropical fruit hints. Moderate sweet and moderate to over moderate bitterness, going to a dry medium bitterness at finish. Ok, but I was hoping for a little more Westcoast hopbitterness. Happy Anniversary, Walhalla!

Unclear amber with white head. Smells like coffee and roasted paprika. For some reason. Sweet grains, caramel, light grilled onion, quite floral as well. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body, soft carb.
