Birra chiara a bassa fermentazione, che unisce la facilità di beva delle lager all’esuberanza aromatica delle IPA. Le evidenti note agrumate ed erbacee date dalla luppolatura in dry-hopping, unite alla secchezza finale rendono Karmaleon la birra giusta per l’estate, ma non solo. Birra per chi ha voglia di bere.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal luppolo. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è grossolana, con carbonazione eccessiva. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è carico. La forza gustativa è elevata e la continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, cereali, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, pino, agrumi, pompelmo e ananas.

Tap at Higgins. Clear darker golden. Peach a lot, sweetness. Slow start, long soft fizzle. Rather bitter, sweet. Some stickyness.

Tap at Higgins. Pale golden, light chil haze, low head. Perfumed peachy nose. Medium body, mellow. Lightly resinny fruit, a bit classic dankness. Easy drink.

On tap at Higgins. Lightly hazy gold, small head. Stone fruit, peach and melon notes on the nose. Very delicate fruit taste, good complexity, nice balance. Apricot and peach delicious ness!

Not too many IPLs around in Italy, so I was curious. A nice mild version, light fruity hops and some pine, lots of citrus, but extremely drinkable. Bittersweet finish. Good stuff.

can bb7-21 oro piuttosto carico schiuma media non molto persistente lieve citrico agrumato piurttosto maltata un po etilica
