Totally bodacious, American hopped pale ale destined for your inner pizza loving ninja turtle. A luscious sweet malt base gives a good body to this beer whilst vigorous late hopping in the kettle from 5 varieties of hops provides a unmistakably juicy flavour and aroma.

Keg at Fiddlers Drumnadrochit - clear gold body, no head but loads of carbonation bubble lines. Not much in the way of distinction in the nose, clean bittersweet citrus taste. Yum.

Bottle 50 cl. Clear golden with a lacing white head. Nose more spicy than citrusy. Medium body, dry fruitiness, subtle bitterness. Not super fond of the hop composition. 240719

Cask @ Deva, Chester [040518]
Amber, light haze, dense white head, good lacing
Aroma of light citrus fruits, sweet malts, sweet cereal
Taste - sweet pale caramel background, bit of cereal, some honey, soft citrus
Palate - Medium body, too sweet. Finish of sweet caramel malts, sweet linger, light zest
Overall - Haven't had a Cromarty beer for nearly 5 years - this is disappointing
