Aged in ex De Molen barley wine barrels. An all English malt driven quad paying homage to the classic Belgian style.

Brewed with Sweden’s very own popinjay buck PAR SMEDSBO SLOTT who emerged from the depths of Sweden’s most northern forests...

Full bodied with complex dark fruit esters, a light caramel sweetness and a rich ripe stone fruit plum barrel piquancy.

Craft Beer Junction. Xmas bottleshare. Hazy amber brown beer, small tan head. Smooth airy palate, mildly dry, modest fine carbonation. Smooth creamy caramel malts. A big ripe tangy fruitiness, more than supplemented by the fruity bourbon barrel. A little vanilla oak. Semi dry finish. Flavoursome!

Big 750 bottle kindly shared by Finn. Off-white head remaining over a cloudy, orange-brown body. Poor lacing. Promising smell of mid-sweet dark and dried fruits. Mixed taste of raisin, plums, apricot, and a nutty bite. Woody. Lingering ending of dried fruits. Full bodied. Likable. (Rating session with Finn, djoeye and lmojoh, Tromsø 27.04.2021).

Bottle, 750 ml shared with Miro B and Max. Dark brown with beige head. Malty, some chocolate, sweetish, some fruity notes, yeasty, caramel, thin. Medium bodied. Not really a big fan of Wylam Belgian styles.
