Bottle. Hazy yellowish orange colour with a mediumsized foamy off-white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is sea buckthorn, some funk, farmyard and mild wooden tones with a nice tartish earthy edge to it. Flavour is sea bucktorn, some floral, mild tartness as well as some funky tones to it. Good sipper.

Clear amber, small, frothy, off-white head. Aroma of oak, vinegar, rhubarb, orange, green apple, vague sweat. Taste has sour apple, plum & rhubarb, oaky note, funky vinegar, low lactic element. Slightly grassy hoppy finish, oaky, tart lemony & citrusy. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Seabuckthorn is lost on me but it's a good Sour.

hazy orange, smooth light orange to offwhite head. sour beer with a distinct aroma that i don't know, could be eabuckthorn as I don't know what that is. after consulting wiki all i know is i never tasted it before. so sour beer with an fruityherbal note i will call seabuckthorn. flavor is fruity herbal, fruity bitter, sour beer, for sure they threw something in the brew, compared to other mikkeller spotan beers, this one has a lot of flavor from the fruit. unfortunately I don't really like that reasonably strong fruity flavor. it must be an acquired taste. seriously, it tastes like something you are not supposed to eat imho..

Draught at BeerGeek Bar 7th anniversary. Cloudy, orange amber colored. AROMA- funky, cheese, barnyard, sea buckthorn, apricot, peach. FLAVOR- neutral, quite sour, a bit tart, sea buckthorn, funky, leather, barnyard. Medium to fuller bodied. Really good.

Thx Ascelja! Hazy amber body, white head if I saw correctly. Enormous berry and funk aroma, wild, tart berry. Similar, dry, highly tart taste, the seabuckthorn giving a strong sour kick ad well amidst the funk. Interesting aromatics, good complexity. Very good!

Draught @ Mikkeller, Odense. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Funk, sesame and wood. Tart and dry finish.
