This New England style DIPA is a beast, but not in a "lurking in the shadows, evil" kind of way; in a "flavour explosion, delicious hops," GOOD Monster kind of way! Double dry hopped with 24g/L of Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe and Amarillo; notes of tropical mango and passionfruit, juicy peach, and bright orange, lemon, and grapefruit shine!

Tall can from Tramline at home. So excited to see Collective Arts in HK!! Even if the beer is 9 months old. Soft hazy yellow pour with dissipating white puffy head. Aroma is peach, citrus, passionfruit. Still strong despite less than fresh. Taste is bitter and pithy up top, with alcohol, lemon, some guava tartness too. Gets better as you go, and would be even better fresher of course. Really good!

Lots of resin, and pine, sweet malt with...with... what is that? pear? tropical fruit? well general mild fruitiness blended with the sweet malt. It's good.

Mild bitter hop aromas with touches of citrus and resin. Flavors start out sweet with some citrus and weed and end up on the bittersweet side. Juicy drinkable beer.

5 oz. draft. Aroma shows grapefruit, passionfruit-ish, grain. Flavor profile is mild tropical fruit with grapefruit peel showing strong in the finish. Moderate bitterness with a touch of juice.

Cloudy golden, white head. Citrus, peach and mango aroma. Creamy mouthfeel. Fruity, hoppy flavour, mango, citrus and peach, herbal dryness. Good fruity, bitter finish, light warmth.

Can from the LCBO. Cloudy pale orange with a large frothy white cap that fades quickly, leaving some stringy lace. Nose is pineapple, lemon peel, pine, grapefruit, stone fruit and some mango. Lightly sweet malt support a big citrus and tropical fruit bitterness with grapefruit and pineapple prominent. Mouth is full and creamy with soft carbonation and a warming bitter finish. 8+/3+/8/4/16

Very hazy dull golden with floaters and a very small white head. Aroma of grassy hops, citrus and malt. Flavour is above moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
