Medium to good white head over veiled orange-golden beer. Rosemary miles out. Some white candi sugar wafts, giving way to sweet white wine (with rosemary), maybe a bit of thyme. Sweet wine (with rosemary) returning, Sauternes (rather than thinking of Montalcino), and with rosemary. Bit bathroom herbs, but pretty impressive complexity. Warming up, peaches. Very slick, suave texture despite good carbonation. Gives a stronger impression than the claimed 6%. Ronald, you definitely overdid the rosemary (which is a pretty strong, perfumey herb), with a little less it would be a fantastic beer as its depth is awesome.

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is rosemary indeed, mild funk, a bit estery, bananas. Taste is quite herbal from the rosemary, mild tartness, quite fresh. Oily mouthfeel, low carbonation. Not bad.

Hazy pale blond with no head. Aroma is herbal with miny and rosemary. Woody dryness. Fruity wine elements too. A bit flat in taste and carbonation with too much dominance from the herbs.

Bottle sample during Gents Bierfestival '21 - shared with Tderoeck.

Bottle. Color: Clear lightly orangish golden, white head. Aroma: Red wine, rosemary, wheat. Taste: Herbal rosemary, Brunello red wine notes, red grape, grapeskin and grapeseed. Tannins. Wheat malt background. Spicy, floral and lightly yeast notes. Fruity notes of orangepeel. Moderate sweet, ligth to moderate bitter. Just over medium body, just under average carbonation. Long lasting dry-ish finish with bittery palate. Nice one, although the rosemary is sometimes a bit overwhelming.

2/VII/21 - 75cl bottle @ Gentse Biervereniging lambiektasting pt. 2, BB: XI/2022, batch 2018/003 (2021-566) Thanks to Meeki for sharing the bottle!

Little cloudy blond to orange beer, creamy dense white head, stable, little adhesive. Aroma: very oxidized, fruity touch, orange peel, malty, red wine notes. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: slightly fruity in the start, soft acidity, oxidation showing, lots of orange peel, bitter, hoppy, bit herbal. Aftertaste: pretty sourish, bitter, quite some tannins, bit floral, citrus, grapefruit notes, pretty fruity and herbal, nice one!
