Bottle thanks for sharing Fin. Red oranges, low head. Sherry, wood and brett aromatic, light raspberry and roses, medium body, chewy, light foaming, Honey, flowery, dusty wood finish, really nice.

Bottle, thanks Fin. Rhubarb red, mostly clear. Sweet raspberry, rose, wood, boozy. But it tastes allrigth, although slightly too sweet.

Waxed bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear pink with a tiny, rough, off-white head. Faint berry aroma and some tannins. Medium body, almost flat. Tart wine notes but the extreme astringency and bitterness is a real challenge. Interesting beer but very hard to drink. 031122

Red gold color, super Brett nose with wine notes, the flavor is big Brett with grapey red wine feeling, very complex flavor explosion. Excellent flavors blending to a flavor supernova.

Had this again at the Munich Brewver Christmas gathering at Jonas's in Garching Friday 28th November 2025, in the company of Jonas and Ursula, this bottle is courtesy of Kosta, Kykao brewery. Pours mid amber almost clear, actually it is clear. This has clearly softened and is more mellow than I recall but actually better for a bit of age, nice tanginess, I like the Brett. Score 7.4

Bottle courtesy of Kostas, Kykao brewery cheers mate thanks. Had this Saturday 9th April 2022 listening to Beluga Lagoon and cooking Käsespätzle. Pours dirty amber with off white head, barrel aged very obvious, grape skins, Brett forward, tangy and a real workout for the tongue. It's a nice beer but, I think that maybe a little too much going on. Score 6.9
