Al palato tornato gli elementi già riscontrati nella parte olfattiva, miele, cereali, crosta di pane, un leggero caramello e la parte speziata ed erbacea dei luppoli “classici” utilizzati per questa ricetta. L’amaro è medio, il corpo tra il medio e lo snello mentre la carbonazione è volutamente bassa per enfatizzare il mouthfeel e mantenere la rispondenza allo stile.

Copper with a small head. Biscuit malt, fruity, a bit of citrus zest. Medium thin body. Finish has a light snap. Decent.

Cask at Open Baladin, 5/3/24. Clear, big head, well-retained. Gentle hops, good fruity yeast. Clean and with light malt (biscuit primarily). Floral hops, gentle but ample bitterness. Malty but quite dry. Fruity. Traditional stuff, maybe could be a bit maltier. Certainly very clean and polished.

Cask at Malto, Riccione, Italy. Pours reddish amber, transparent, with very fine white foam. Aroma has some malty and caramel. Body is a little thin, with minimal carbonation. Taste is moderately sweet, with a minimal toasty bitterness to keep the balance. Final is average, with some maltiness.

44cl can, BB 03/2022, lotto# L60 20. Ouverture sur un grand 'pshhh' et de suite une mousse qui demande à sortir.
Couleur cuivre sur un col super épais blanc-cassé qui retombe assez rapidement.
Arôme est subtil et assez classique de bitter anglaise - retrouve un bouquet noble anglais oscillant entre Fuggles et East Kent, apport léger épicé - léger fruité, note rappelant la lavande sauvage et de suite ponctué par un malté un peu noisette avec un soupçon de chocolat.
Palais est léger avec de suite un léger malté qui projette vers les rives anglaises - retrouve une petite touche noisette complété par une amertume fine qui procure une note épicée, avec une petite pointe mentholée.

Handpump @Lippolo Station in Rome-Italy. Golden a bit amber with a medium regular creamy foam. Nose is earthy a bit sulfate, malty. Mouthfeel is softly malty, some piney highlights.

On tap @Hop&Pork (Rome). Ambrata scarica, appena torbida, schiuma avorio media. Al naso note di biscotto, erba tagliata, citrico, leggera nocciola, terroso. In bocca è equilibrata, maltata all'attacco con chiusura amara medio-contenuta. Corpo leggero, carbonazione soft. Davvero ben fatta!
