Zero sweetness, piney hops, medium bitter. Watery, thin, light carb. The lack of any sweetness at all is distracting.

Nice and very clear but deep amber, light brown and yes, even deep ruby coloured body with a very nice three centimetre tall tan head that somehow stays afloat for a long time - nice! Aroma of light molasses, toasted grains, a bit of rice and easy-going fillers with a slight kick of deeper, earthier hops noticeable too - pretty nice in the nose! Light-bodied; Very easy-going and dry, crisp malts with a biscuity and ever so slightly nutty profile, but some bready and yeast aspects near the end, with a floral and perfume note towards the finish with no bitterness, no sugars and no real deep flavours at all, after the first few sceonds. Aftertaste shows the grainy and lightly sweet notes with some raisins, but no caramelised sugars or anything of real consequence here, especially in terms of flavours for the style and no hops nor malts are noticeable after the first few seconds. Overall, a decent attempt at a red or more malty style with some nice smells coming at first and a great look, but the flavour and palate peter out on this one...I might try others from this brewery if I can find them - at least it's not bad, it's just devoid of long-lasting flavours and profiles. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Total Wine in Alexandria (Potomac Yard), Virginia on 08-March-2023 for US$3,29 as part of lot #22274, sampled at my house here in Washington on 12-March-2023.

16 oz can poured, from a 4 pack picked up at BevMo. Really attractive pour, deep dark copper pour with lots of lasting off white head and lacing. Bready malt bill is flavorful throughout. Graham cracker and the slightest hint of a dark fruit or berry. This slight hint is in the aroma as well. Lingering toast. Enjoyed this one. Exceptional NA product here.

473 ml can. Pours a dark reddish brown with moderate head. Aromas of boiling wort and dry caramel. Flavors of metallic malts and dry caramel. Going for the style but just not the same without the alcohol.

Lots of rust and lots of oak. More flavour than many non booze beers but that doesn't mean this is good by any means. Amber pour with ok head. Very bitter finish. Very tinny, astringent. Can.

Pours with big foam on a deep brownish body. Smells of soft caramel and some malt, not too sweet. Tastes much the same okay and smooth, not overly sweet with a dry finish. Not bad but not very nuanced.
