Bottled Feb 18, 2021, drunk Jul 27, 2025.
Clear, soft, brassy-blonde with a large, dense, white head that recedes steadily to cover.
Lovely Brett mixing with earthy and funky Sacch. in the nose. Hops still present showing fresh herb and floral accents. Rich malt below it shows white bread and light caramel. Comes together pretty well and certainly highlights the hops, even if the malt is a bit too present for my liking.
Similar in the flavor, with a caramel flavor that they seem to always keep in the beer every year. Floral hops with some unripe stone fruit, fruity Brett and interesting Sacch. Brett hasn't over-attenuated the beer, which is nice.

Hazy blond with fluffy head. Nicely bitter with slightly spicy yeast elements. Fairly complex and so easy to drink.

330 ml bottle, bottled 18 Feb 21. Amber, moderate hazy body, with a big, stable, frothy, lacing, off-white head. Aroma of citrus, pine, lemon candy, stone fruits, melon, grass, yeast, some biscuit. Tastes pretty similar. Medium, oily mouthfeel with a quite fizzy carbonation. Finishes bitter, medium dry, piney, citric, fruity, yeasty, a bit sweet. Tasty as every year. Very hoppy, with just enough sweet body, lovely yeasty notes and a refreshing bitterness towards the finish. Complex, characterful, balanced and quaffable at the same time. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 16

Bottle at home. Bit hazy golden with big creamy white head. Lots of grapefruit, wheat, marmelade, light berries. Under medium sweet, solid bitter. But creamy medium bodied with full carbonation. Maybe a bit much carbonation but it works. I love it, great use of hops in here, again a great entry in this series.
