On tap at BrewDog Liverpool. Slightly hazy, dark amber body with no head. Aroma: rustic hay and earthy funk from the saison yeast, lifted by a bright note of tart sour cherry. Flavor: gently tart upfront, peppery spice, a hint of clove, and light herbal undertones – blending into subtle notes of hay and leather. Sour cherry. Light-bodied with a thin initial mouthfeel.
