Bottle. Enormous thanks to Fil and Mira for sharing this with the cheerful Moravian tour group and me! :) Hazy, shiny golden body, white head. Sharp white grapes and esters in the aroma, lovely but for a little alcohol - but that's to be expected on 10.5%. Taste... white grapes, esters, mixing in an interesting way with prominent woody/oak notes. Soft, slightly sweetish in the finish. Generally nice and pretty unique!

Bottle @ Home, Trade by Rotin and Ascelja, Thanks! Pours clear golden with a creamy white head, light lacings. Aroma of malt, yeast, light champagne, white sugar, little green fruit, grapes, alcohol. Flavor is quite sweet, malt, yeast, white sugar, flowers, sweet green grapes, light surterne notes, alcohol. Medium body, average to lively carbonation, sweet light warming finish. 040519

27.12.2018 Bottle 0.75l. Lightly cloudy, straw colored. AROMA- pleasant, touch of apple, lightly vinous, spicy, coriander, noble almond hoppy tones, alcohol. FLAVOR- moderately sweet, dried sweet white grapes, vinous, touch of must, meadow herbs, quite warming. Fuller bodied, a bit syrupy. Very tasty. 8,3,9,4,15=3.9 12.04.2020 Second bottle 0.75l, one year and three months aged. Clear, gold colored. AROMA- grapes, dried fruit, white wine, wood, flowery. FLAVOR- neutral to slightly sweet, touch of vinous sourness, lightly bitter, very smooth alcohol presence, white grapes and wine, raisins, wood. Fuller bodied. Aged one is really good, too. 9,3,8,4,15=3.9

Hazy golden with big head. Aroma is green hops, butter, black bread, a hint of kombucha, fruity tea. Berries. Taste is a bit too squeaky malty sweetness, sour and lightly fresh lemon. Light with much carbonation. Drinkable. Nice.

Champagne bottle, Thanks to Filip via Max!. Milky yellow, fluffy white head. Dry tropical hops, mango, khaki. Medium body, fizzy but smooth mouthfeel. Tropical yoghurt, perfumed tropics, elegant, fun!

Bottle, many thanks Max! Hazy golden color with creamy thick white head. Aroma is very nicely hoppy, light fresh yeast. Taste is grassy hops, very nice character, a touch sweetness from the lactose. Very velvety mouthfeel with champenoise carbonation. Awesome!
