Bottle from Oedipus. Aroma is tart stone fruits, bretty funk, citrus, oak, vinous notes, tart green berries, touch of white wine, fleshy fruits. Flavour is medium sour with a dry finish. Medium body. Nicely puckering and funky, refreshing and dry, very tasty stuff.

37.5cl Fles van Oedipus webshop. Goudgele kleur, witte kraag. Heerlijk frisse geur, zure perzik en citroen, wat eik, druiven, hint van Brett, iets funky, smaak volgt, lichtzure finish. Goed spul.
Ruikt lekker stoffig en zuur. Smaak is vreemd genoeg mooie combinatie tussen zoet en zuur. Niet te scherp. Lekker!

(Bottle, Oedipus Brewery Taproom, Amsterdam, 31 Aug 2019) Hazy golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of grapefruit, sour grapes, green apples and rhubarb. Fruity, tart taste with grapefruit, grapes, unripe pears, rhubarb and a touch of apple cider vinegar. Low bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Tart, dry and refreshing. Nice one.

Bottle. Color: Hazy golden, thin white head. Aroma: Grapes, lightly tart, funky. Taste: Moderate to medium sour, notes of apple, white grape, white berries. Vinuous. Moderate bitterness, light to moderate sweet. Subtle notes of wild yeast funk. Some wood. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Just below medium body, below average carbonation. Nice.

Fat på MBCC 2019, grön session. Ljusguldig med vit krona. Funk, citrus, stall, fat.

Bottle at home after a day that feels like years of hard physical labour and slavery. Pours unclear dark golden with no head. Smell is piss, vinegar and glue. Sour grain, hay, gluey sour softened by a fudge caramel tone and apricot fruitiness, apple vinegar, oak. Light sweet and over medium sour. Medium body and soft carbonation. Quite nice.
