It's been a few decades since a Colossal Claude sighting has been reported, but we're fairly certain the massive sea monster has been laying low off the coast of his favorite brewery. Word has it that after years of terrifying sailors and feasting on salmon he acquired a taste for hops. So we brewed this Imperial IPA with a colossal dose of Cascade, Chinook, Citro and Strata hops in hope of coaxing Claude out to join us for a pint.
Ingredients: Superior Pills, 2-Row, Wheat, Oats, C-15, Cascade, Chinook, Belma™, Eureka, Strata™, Imperial Juice yeast

Stovepipe can from the grocery store. Aroma has notes of cantaloupe, flowers, grain, wet hayfields. Pours hazy golden with a one and a half finger off white head with excellent retention. Taste has a mild to moderate bitterness with flavors like the aroma.

Can picked up from Weyermann Malsters, Fan Shop, Bamberg and consumed at home Thursday 31st March 2022 listening to Steve Lamaq on 6Music and getting ready for the 6Music Festival at Cardiff with the Manic Street Preachers about to play tonight and open the festival at a super small festival. Pours hazy gold/light amber with a white head, Good Impy IPA, pleasant bittersweet bite, soft moutheel, a little resinous, this is very nice.

355ml can. Cloudy, orange golden colour with average to huge, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Somehow restricted, resinous, piney, and citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, hints of lemon, grapefruit, pineapple, a touch of lime, caramel malty background. Taste is condensed, resinous, piney and citrusy fruity hoppy, hints of grapefruit, some orange and lemon, pineapple, liquorice, orange liqueur, sweet-ish, caramel malty backbone. Rather abrupt, bitter finish; well hidden alcohol. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Surprisingly light and watery, rather condensed, not really multifaceted hop flavours - mediocre.

Draught at Barcade: pours golden to amber white head. Aroma is pine and citrus and booze. Taste is boozy and bitter. Old school. Flavors of pine and fruit are fine, but this is a hefty boy.
