Sample (thanks fonefan!). Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is nutty, some colgate/xylitol, some chocolate and mild toasted toffee. Flavour is fruity, toffeeish, some chocolaty and mild syrupy elements with ashes and roast. Long dark chocolaty aftertaste.

Can from Beers@Moviefun. Cloudy black, small, foamy, beige head. Aroma of cacao bean, vanilla, mocha, liquorice root, chestnut, prune, toast. Taste has sweetish prune & fig, bittersweet toasty maltiness with fondant, soft coffee. Earthy hoppy finish, vanilla cream note, lingering bitter cacao and toast. Medium to full body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Could have been more expressive in aroma but otherwise, a welcome solid bitterish Stout.

Black beer, decent head. Smells malty with a touch of fruit. Flavour has malt, dried fruit, a little chocolate, liquorice, maybe a bit of vanilla too. It's one to sip because it's quite sweet and could potentially get a little sickly but it's nice and rich and pretty well balanced. Good stuff.

Panda thanks to Cloin: Poured Black with a beige light brown head. Aroma is fruity, chocolate, roasted malts, edgy nose. Taste is bitter forward, licorice, cacao, some spice, malty, roasted.

Canned 440ml. -at Valhalla Zagreb, shared with Marko. Black coloured, medium sized beige head, chocolate in the nose. Light roasted malt, chocolate, notes of vanilla and caramel with soft bitter finish.

Can at home picked up from CW online. A dark cola brown / black coloured pour with a tidy mid tan head. Aroma is earthy woody roast, fruit cake, coco powder, chocolate, malt loaf, prune. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, woody roast, bark, liquorice, dried fruits, cakey malts, hint of nutmeg. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, some oily, moderate carbonation. Well rounded.

Can, shared with Ogivlado (and others) at VALALA. Pitch black body, off white head. Fresh chocolate and vanilla aroma. Lean chocolate and vanilla taste, notes of chocolate bananas despite no banana flavoring. A quality flavored stout.

ABV: 7.0%. Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dark malt, chocolate - coffee, cocoa. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, roasted, chocolate, dark malt, roasted bitter - coffee bitter, cocoa, light coffee, light wood. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210805]
