Sssappp is a new rendition of Sap designed to push the original flavor profile to a heightened level of depth and intensity through the use of additional kettle and dry hops! Don’t let the name fool you - this beer is loaded with notes of rich red grapefruit, apricot, and earthy citrus. A supple mouthfeel and full body help lend balance to the pleasant and complex onslaught of flavors. It just feels right.

Can sample @ RBBWG Mar 10h. 2018, thanks ElManana+1. Canned 02/15/2018.

Can. Hazy yellow pour with some white foam on top. Nose is fresh, tropical, mango and papaya-fresh. Tastes fresh, juicy, superbly balanced and clean classical NE body. Good bitterness, hop bite there but superbly balanced. Fruity tropical linger in the finish. Amazing stuff.

Very turbid cloudy white orange color. Frothy white head. Massively hoppy nose that is dry hopped to the tits. White gummy bears, crackers nose that is heavenly in mouth.. Light body, low bitterness, super juicy, very dank, smooth body. Lingering peppermint finish.

Can into a taster showing hazy pale gold showing sparse white foam. The nose shows moderately intense notes of pineapple and clean NE style malt. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Pronounced notes of clean guava and light notes of pineapple with a clean malt backbone and very mild zesty bitterness. Light citric zest on the palate.

Sap is probably my favorite Tree House beer, so very excited about a version that pushes everything to the -nth degree. Pours a light, hazy, peach-yellow, with minimal head. Aroma of citrus and stone fruits--seriously, there's more than a little peach present. Flavor is full of citrus and tropical fruit, with a nice underlayer of pine/spruce hop bitterness. Excellent!
