Sssappp is a new rendition of Sap designed to push the original flavor profile to a heightened level of depth and intensity through the use of additional kettle and dry hops! Don’t let the name fool you - this beer is loaded with notes of rich red grapefruit, apricot, and earthy citrus. A supple mouthfeel and full body help lend balance to the pleasant and complex onslaught of flavors. It just feels right.

Can split at 36 Levels Lost, thanks to new Ken, 17/04/18. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is tangerine, pine resin, dank hop, tropical piss. Taste comprises bitter orange, light perfume, pine needle, grapefruit, citric shreds, toasted grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with juicy hop bitterness. Decent IPA.

16 oz. can. Freshies !! Unclear hazy golden color, mild head. Has a soft aroma of pine, light baked sweet bread, and a decent amount of fruit. Flavor is exceptionally well balanced; fruit flavors over-ride the pine. In fact it is mostly grapefruit, papaya, and mild tropical hints. Soft, smooth mouthfeel. Don't let the name fool you, this has a ton of fruit with a low moderate bitterness. Very good!

Can shared at the Columbus tasting 17/04/2018. Many thanks! A hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a loose frothy off white white head. Aroma is dank hop, straw, hop, piney, tangerine. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, base grains, tangerine, melon, tangy citrus, woody pine. Paalte is resinous pine, moderate carboantion. Not bad.

Level 6 bottleshare. Thanks to new Ken for the can and thanks to Ratebeer for again knocking out the search function on Android and forcing me back to paper and pen! Very hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and pretty dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Bitter floral hop kick off, tangy orange and lemon citrus. Mild orange peel. Smooth but fairly dry finish. Quite bitter and dry overall.

Can thanks to new Ken. It pours cloudy with a thick, foamy white head. The aroma is fresh, creamy, fruity, nectarine, peachy, sherbet, fruit smoothie, apricot and peach. The taste is soft, sweet, juicy, chewy, toothy, tannin, orange sherbet, nectarine, peachy, sugary and brioche with soft finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Not bad at all. Juicy.

Can shared in CW - big thanks to Ken. Pours hazy gold with a frothy, white head. Citrus hop aroma, some pale grains, peach, melon. Medium sweet flavour with more pale bread, low bitterness, more pale grains, hay, lemon rind. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Finishes with some rindy bitterness, more peach. Not bad overall.

16oz can pours out a hazy straw color topped with a white head. Nose is big sweet over ripe tropical fruit hops. Tatse is more of the nice sweetness big fruit mouth another nice hazy.

Hazy golden colour, white head. Very fruity hop aroma, tropical fruits. Sweet flavour, hops. Hoppy, fruity finish. Nice!
