750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out toasted grains, rustic saison yeast, and herbal notes. Flavour is quite tart and acidic, with tart citrus, moderate-to-high acidity, rustic saison yeast, and some oxidation. The acidity is quite high and pronounced but it's not too harsh. A little old but it works. Good stuff.

Bottle from Cask & Barrel, so it's probably been chilling there for a few years. But it's a grisette from Dunham so the age didn't do it any harm. Mellow pale malts, mostly brett, and a mild acidity. Balanced, quite tasty, actually. This felt look a good gamble and the gamble paid off.

Bottle: Poured a light yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with OK retention and limited amount of lacing. Aroma of sour notes with some acidic notes and light oak presence. Taste is also dominated by sour and acidic notes with light and subtle fruit notes also perceptible. Body is about average with good carbonation. Too sour and acidic which limits the amount of complexity that can be tasted.

Keg at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. It pours hazy yellow with a small, bubbly white head. The aroma is sweet, tangy berry, doughy, oak, white grape, tropical vibe, straw, grass and herbal accents. The taste is crisp, firmly dry, tart, good mouth - pucker, tropical fruit vibes, sea buckthorn, pineapple, lactic edge, granny smith apple and sherbet with a firmly dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Aroma is a bit sweet, but the taste is a lot brighter. Decent.

Tap at Moeder Fontainas. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is funky, seabuckthorn, dough, citric. Taste is a touch veggies, seabuckthorn, lemony, dough, quite lactic. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Quite fun, but not great.
