330ml bottle - Pours a murky reddish brown colour with almost no head, a few beige bubbles. The aroma is vinous, red wine, berries, funk and woody notes. A light sweet taste, red wine, red berries, wood flavours with fermented apple notes and a tart light drying sour finish. Very nice.

Bottle online from the brewery. Pours opaque deep ruby brown with a smidge of a beige cap. Aroma: funk, red wine barrels, dark berries, light cider apple, wet wood, hay, yeasty. Taste: tart, fruity, acidic, balsamic vibes, funky. Medium body with low carbonation. Overall a bit odd, like a blend that hasn't really melded together.

Blackberry, gooseberries, black currant, (bramen), all over the place, tannines, no stout imo, ok weird… a magical blend..

Bottle. Wild Beer online. Muddy brown. No leaf. Nose has red wine dregs. Cocoa powder. Well tangy berry fruit. Rotten wood. Hints of apple pomace. Some quality chocolate in there. Taste has an oud bruin vibe. Plenty tart and fruity. Balsamic character. Manages to be a little heavy on the palate but also acidic. Little to no carbonation. Tart verging on vinegary finish. Doesn’t do it for me.

Pours very dark brown, completely flat. Smells fairly sweet, currants, oak. Body has a decent thickness, but totally flat indeed. Tastes a bit sweet at first, some light acidity hiding in it, ends dry. Plenty currants, some light wine, lots of oak. Weird!
Complex and surprisingly easy, for something this high ABV with 0 carb. I do enjoy it, but definitely very peculiar stoff. Bit too weird.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Murky brown. Wine, berries, wood, lots of oxidation, cookie, some vinegar, some pickled vegetables, sourish. Interesting.
