Bottle at home, courtesy of the fam. Pours copperish reddish with basically no head. Nose is currants, white grapes, spice and vanilla, a vague hint of smoke even. Tart and fruity. Taste is somewhat acidic yet somehow sweetish, fruity, vineous and the redcurrant’s definitely there. The finish is dry and champagne-like with a vineous hint. Medium to full bodied with soft to average carbonation. Wasnt a fan initially but it grew on me with time as it opened up. Exciting concept well done all in all.

Reddish amber topped with a thin light beige swirl.
Nose is herb, red berry skins, straw, light acidic nostril tickle.
Taste comprises sharp berries, funk, light barnyard bite, acidic nip.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced puckering edge.
Not bad.

super nice tart and sour aroma, a bit like vineagre like belgian sours but far from as yeastybretty. so a more controlled way of being sour. Aroma also have notes of barrels and booze, berries. quite complex, very well blended,super nice aroma. Flavor is somewhat sour and tart but also quite sweet, and have a barrel'ish base to it all. in some ways remind me of port wine. Probably an acquired taste but I think i'll learn to like this very much before the bottle is empty.

Bottle. Unclear orange body under a small, disappearing head. A bit strange and unusually aroma, red berries, ripe fruit and white dessert wine. Taste is sweet and acidic with sour red berries, sweet generic mature citric fruit, white dessert wine and hint of wood and minerals. Fine body and same aftertaste. Very strange and difficult to place at start, but after several sips down the bottle start to enjoy this more. Can’t say I understand this beer, but that’s anther fun aspect with beer tasting after so many years.

Bottle shared, darker amber beer, small head. Aroma is wood, vinous, fruit, berries. Taste is the same, salinity, fruity, tart, vinous, wood, very nice

Bottle shared by Milan V. Med-thin body, rather high carbonation. Medium sweetness, med-high sourness, slightly mouth-puckering towards the finish. Fine champagne sprinkles on the tongue. Medium redcurrant, slightly toasted caramelly maltiness. Mostly winey though, nice white wine character. Easy drinking, tasty, quite good.
