Brewed using the same wort as INTERWINED I, this tart saison shows just what you can do with a different yeast strain. More active yeasts eating more sugars leave a higher ABV of 3.9% and a dry, refreshing finish. Dry hopped with Lemon Drop, Rakau, and Motueka.

Hazy pale yellow pour with an ok head. Fine lacing. Pleasant intensity in the aroma. Balanced sourness and acidity. Not to dry ending. Citric, yeast and pale malt in the flavor. Ok thirst quencher. [On tap at Barrel Project in Bermondsey London, England]

Keg at Barrel Project with harrisoni. Light yellow and hazy with a bit of white head and a lot of lacing. Light lemon aroma with some gentle milky funk. Sour taste that's sharp without being aggressive, fading to some hoppy bitterness in the finish. Slight saccharin in the aftertaste. Well worth trying.
