Nice spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tart lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, pineapple, mango, melon, passion fruit, papaya, guava, berry, red/green apple, white wine, coriander, peppercorn, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, and white bread; with lighter notes of leathery/musty funk, white wine vinegar, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/funky/spicy/acidic yeast, citrus, spices, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/spicy/acidic yeast, citrus, spices, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with a great malt, bitter, spicy, tart, tangy balance; with minimal puckering flavors after the finish. Moderate increasing dryness from bitter/tart/spiciness, and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, and grainy/sticky/acidic/tangy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.2%. Overall this is a delicious fruited Brett saison. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/spicy/acidic yeast, citrus, spices, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and pretty refreshing to drink with the modestly bitter/tart/spicy/drying finish. The Brett is extremely well developed after the age. Great fruity/funky/spicy Brett complexity with balanced citrus, and a solid pale/wheat malt backbone. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example. Great mix of all Brett strains going on.

Can. A- Citrus, tangerine, coriander, grassy. A- Gold color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Coriander, citrus, straw, grains. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, spiced finish. O- Lots of coriander and spices. Quite dry as well. I can never quite pick out exactly what "spices" are the spices I taste in saisons, but those boogers are certainly present here.

2018 bottle A peaches and cream kind of rich aroma, lovely soft body and a dry wheat finish. The taste is tangy acidic citrus and wheat plus cream. Awesome. ---2019 can 3.9—> 3.5 More soda bread malts and less spice/funk makes it not as nice as I recall.

Can. Pours hazy bright yellow with foamy off-white head, funky citrus aroma, medium carbonation. medium sour funky lemon taste, thin body, long finish. Great Brett beer!

Tap @ Koht. Pours yellow, looks pretty flat, not much carbonation there at all. Nose has farmhouse character, some horse-blanket but also herbal touch, coriander and maybe a bit lemony. Taste has light farmhouse thing going on, sourish but not really sour. Light bitterness, dry and wild yeast coming through. Relatively thin. Lingering herbal and light bitterness, dry finish. Interesting and good farmhouse character, needs a bit more carbonation. Overall still quite enjoyable.

Tap at koht. Pours golden. Aroma is fruity, bretty, citrus. Flavor is sweet and bitter, sugar, brett, lemongrass, sugar. Overall: ok, love the brett, but beer is lacking.

12 oz. can, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Nose brings out plenty of citrus, with subdued saison yeast and earthy notes. Flavour is pretty simple, with earthy saison yeast and heaps of citrus. Not too complex and pretty earthy. It's okay.

Pour is a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is some citrus tartness and a bit of lactic sourness. Flavor is lemongrass with a slight tartness. The finish has the tartness disappearing quickly and cleansing the palate for the next sip. Not a mind blowing take on a saison but this is a solid offering showing what a little brett yeast can do.
