This is a NW Cascadian Dark Ale. It is a well-balanced, extremely hoppy black ale. Armored Fist is a collaboration beer brewed with the good ol' boys from Three Floyd's Brewing.

A brown beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma has notes of citrusy hops, malt, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and citrusy hops, leading to a bitter finish.

Draft at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014 - Session 3. Pours amber-brown with a foamy, tan cap. The nose holds burnt pine, light cocoa. Medium sweet flavour with some dark bread, citrus, pine. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly resinous to close out, with further dark and bready malts, toasted pine, orange citrus. Tasty and very drinkable. Good CDA.

On tap at the Hop Shop Ballard. Pours near black with a cream brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has creamy dark grains and earthy pine with a light chalky note. Flavor combines creamy dark grains with a slight chalkiness and earthy bitter pine.
