The huge trend in Mexican lagers continues. Cool black can. Pours a clear yellow color with a small white head. A sweet grainy nose. Big sweet malts, corn, toast, floral. Easy to drink.

Can. Pours clear golden, small white head, decent lacing. Aroma is corny, grassy, grainy, hint of lime. Flavor is light plus sweet, light bitter, hint of citrus tang over lots of corniness. Medium body, soft mouthfeel.

Drinkable as hell, with a toasted grain front that mixes biscuity malt with a cereal sweetness and a gentle, hop-tinged finish. Mild lager esters create a fruity undercurrent, while the back end grows grassy and delicately bitter. Pours well, coming out of the can a clear gold with a frothy head and modest lacing. Aroma's straight Vienna lager graininess, and the texture's smooth and creamy with enough bubbles to make for good summer drinking. Decent beer, like a better, crisper Corona.
