33cl can, BB 16/12/2021, batch# P318-319, partagée avec Willy.

29/IX/21 - 33cl can from the brewery, shared @ home, BB: 16/XII/21 (2021-1132)

Clear gold blond beer, huge fizzy creamy white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice, fruity, malty touch, citrus, some cooked cabbage, little chemical, some citrus, glue, bit resinous, weird… MF: lively carbon, medium to light body. Taste: bit malty in the start, slightly sweet, some citrus, good bitterness, chemical touch, grassy, very bitter, dry, some tropical fruits. Aftertaste: very bitter, chemical, very dry finish, medicinal, a bit too bitter if you ask me…

Pours unclear blonde, medium large to large white head. Scent is medium full, creamy, soft and gentle hoparoma (stonefruit), some malty backbone (milder) and a hint of yeast. Taste is more hopforward. Stonefruit all the way, not as creamy as expected. medium high carbo. Fine, medium intense bitterness. Maltyness is mild (perhaps a tad too mild) . Lageryeast is a bit lost (in aroma) due to the other factors being more intense.
