Home, Sour Home is our golden sour beer fermented with Brettanomyces yeast and Lactobacillus bacteria. It's aged in oak barrels with peaches, cinnamon, and vanilla bean, simply reminding us of homemade peach cobbler.

750 ml barrel. Pours a hazy gold with moderate head. Aromas of Brett, lemons,and dull wheat. Flavors follow with a nice tart finish. Good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours gold. Cinnamon, sweet syrup, peach, lemon, vanilla, lots of vanilla, more sweet stewed peaches. Good fizzy body. Excellent.

Tap@MBCC 2018 Red Session, Copenhagen - golden coloured pour with white head. Sour fruity with notes of apricot and peach, citrus fruity with notes of lemon, straw, hay, some funky and bretty action, wooden accents, medium to light body, tart fruity finish.

Draught at MBCC Red (third) session.. Misty golden body, rapidly declining white head leaving rings of lace down the glass. Modest aroma of dry and tart lemon. Lemony tartness to the taste buds added by wood, herbs, and spices. Sweet and mid-tart ending. Okay cleanser. (Copenhagen 12.05.2018).

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is nectarine, passion fruit, peach jam, funky, fresh and spicy yeast. Taste is nectarine, peach, tart, jam, tannic in the back. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Works.
