Got this bottle from wyoming on BA.

Pours a cloudy straw gold with an initial abundance of foam. 20 seconds later, zilch but that's kinda typical of the style.

Tart peach aromas, bits of cinnamon, wood.

Taste is tart but mixing with the subtle cinnamon spiciness is quite unique and delicious. It gets woody near the finish with hints of vanilla.

Low end of medium bodied, the carbonation is on the zesty side which helps to bring out the flavours.

A treat to say the least, a 2017 Sour of the year to say the most.

Nice yellow pour, bit cloudy, light foam on top. Nose is tart, nicely herbal, cinnamon is strong, some vanilla. Peaches more hidden, maybe some generic fruity tartness. Getting lots of acidity but also flavours in the gas. Herbal coriander, nice fruity sour velvety peaches. Dry finish. Very solid sour.

Hazy golden amber color. Lots of lactos nose with peach, cinnamon and brett nose with tons of oak. Sour, not overly puckering, with peaches, cinnamon, some vanilla and oak. Tons of complexity. Dry, well balanced. Oak just lingers. Really nice.

Bottle pours out a muddy orange juice color topped with a small head. Nose is big cinnamon lemon tartness and a nice spice. Taste is more of the cinnamon tart vanilla oak and a nice tart sweet combo.
