On tap at MBCC Red Session. Pours black with small tan head that lasts. The aroma is cocoa, roast, dates, pralines, wood, bourbon. Slick body, roasted malt, cocoa, praline, vanilla, boozy finish, nice sweetness, enjoyed this.

On tap at Galbraith's, apparently one of twenty kegs for a special event. Pours black. Pecan, vanilla, bourbon, hazelnut, peanut butter, beautiful bourbon notes, so much nuttiness, bit of red fruit, long nutty finish. Body is pretty full but doesn't quite have the thickness of the top dessert stouts and the carbonation seems a touch high. Incredible bar that body.

MBCC 2018. Red. Pedal to the Metal session. Keg. Almost opaque dark brown beer, tidy tan head. Smooth palate, semi dry and with reasonable fine carbonation. Good dark chocolate malts, little chocolate cake. Dry pecan, earthy and a little bitter. Dry finish. Not bad. Nuts are a little too much and barreling a bit too subtle.
