4/3/2023. From BIAB at the 46th Loughborough Beer Festival. Pours very slightly hazy pale gold with a minimally bubbly head. Aroma is funky, apple, straw, slightly mucky and solventy with a hint of smoky bacon crisp. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, low carbonation. Drying, slightly acidic citric finish. Nice tasting cider.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of apples, apple core, and a bit of vinegar. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples, apple core, and wood, leading to a tart finish.

Tap. Unclear golden color with no head. Aroma is mineralic, leathery, green apples, herbal even. Taste is herbal, grainy-ish, green apple, mineralic. Oily mouthfeel, flat. Fun!

Cask @ Lamb & Flag, Oxford. No head. Color is orange. Aroma and taste are rich sour apples, feuits, sulphur, stable and has a nice sour finish. Very good.

Tap@Fermentoren, Copenhagen (03/09/2017) - clear golden yellow pour with small white bubbly head. Prominent dry sour apple, high acidic, crisp on the palate, apple skin, bone dry apple finish.

Box @ Cuthbert Brodrick, Leeds. Slightly hazed golden-yellow coloured. Has plenty of apple in its nose, with a dryness to its apple in taste, with a little bit of activity on the tongue.
