Don't know what to call it besides a Brett Beer. This one gets aged for 3 months in oak barrels with Brettanomyces Lambicus, a cool yeast that gives this beer a wonderfully pretty aroma and flavor that everyone better like or else I'll look you up and teach you a lesson.

650 ml bottle, thanks to ClarkVV on this bottled on Jan 2014. Mildly hazy gold color with ok head. Aroma is mild funky Brettanomyces with a mild Berry note. Sugar and mild lactic acid.
Flavor has a nice level of Brett without it getting overwhelmed by it. The base flavor has a good level of citrus. Mild Lactic notes with a very mild tart kick in the back of the taste buds. Body is medium with a proper level of carbonation. Nice

Thanks WillRun. January 2014. Nice hazy pale orange. Smells like a watermelon sour candy. Very tart, juicy, fruity, almost too acidic, a little bit of sulphur taste, watermelon, kiwi and mango. very light overall and some strange off flavors but overall, solid.

750 ml bottle purchased at Gomerโs Stateline in Kansas City, Missouri. Recommended Best before date on bottom of bottle is 06/2017. The pour is a hazed yellow golden with a minimal white head. The aroma is soft lemon citrus zest, some funk and tart acidity in the back. The taste is lemon pineapple bright citrus, the faint funk leather and the soft lactic tartness in the back. The palate is medium bodied, fine active carbonation and a bit of the sour tart funk in the finish. Nicely balanced and refined sour. Easy drinking beer.

American sour from a 75 cl bottle served at Tim Webbโs masterclass during Carnivale Brettanomyces. Light gushing upon opening, resulting in a coarse, off-white head dissolving due to badly cleaned tasting glass; colour is a hazy, peachy straw blonde. Aroma is very estery and tart and immediately reminds of the Brettanomyces lambicus this is brewed with; lemon zest, starfruit, dry white wine, old sherry, grapefruit peel, field flowers, wet leather, red apple. Fresh lemony acidity in the onset, unripe grapes and sour berries but still relatively soft and gentle in comparison with many Belgian lambics, somewhat spritzy carbo, very lightly malty underneath but not turning sweetish - instead there is a good basic wheat sourishness in the lead. Finishes quite complex, with drying tartness of course, lemony and refined and a bit puckering, horseblanket Brett flavours and some powdery yeastiness. Nice sour ale if youโre into lambics, elegant, but more a kind of compromise between a farmhouse ale and a lambic than an actual lambic beer. Still, recommended for the sour lovers.

750ml bottle pours a hazy, neon yellow with a ring of white head. Nose has a ton of buttery oak, tropical fruit, white grape, passion fruit, some raw wood, some preserved lemon. Flavor is tart, lemony, woody, buttery, almost like lemon custard, grassy too, white grape. Really buttery, oily finish.
