Bouteille 33cl, BB 10/08/2022, freshest by 10/11/2021, bottled 10/08/2021.

Draught Bright, if slightly veiled orange beer under a very dense & fine ever so slightly yellowish head; lacerings. Citrus nose, bit of caramel, lot of ureum, pastry crust. Bitterish to bitter, and a dry grainy flavour that speaks of the bottom fermenting. Again citrus, and not sweet. Very light slickness, not much body. OK, nothing more.

Pours clear, slightly darker gold. Small white head. Scent is very mild, some lageryeast, touch of fruits ( tropical, citrus). Taste is elegant, refreshing ( fast fading) bitterness. Noticable lageryeast. Easy drinker, hop profile is way to mild for the expectations set by the name (also, should you still call it fresh hops when it's freeze dried ??? ) A good sub for a pale lager, but nothing amazing.
