Great White Bulldog Wheat IPA är en klassisk IPA som är brygd på vetemalt. Ölet är ofiltrerat för att få fram mer smak och aromer. Vi har använt humle från tre olika kontinenter där vithajen har sin hemvist nämligen Galaxy från Australien, Citra från U.S.A samt Pacific Jade från Nya Zeeland.

Keg at the Tap Station, Forbes City, The Philippines. Poured a hazy straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy malt, yeast, floral perfume soap. The flavour is light sweet with a light toffee caramel malt, yeasty, floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

A hazed blonde ale with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, light sweet caramel malt with light grassy resinous hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, sweet caramel malt with resinous floral hops, light citrus and treacle, light butterscotch, OK. On tap at Tap Station Ermita.

330ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, deep golden colour with small to average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Piney and tropical fruity hoppy, slightly wheaty aroma, hints of passion fruit, pink grapefruit, a touch of white bread crust. Taste is citrusy and sligthly tropical fruity hoppy, slightly bitter, hints of pink grapefruit, bitter orange, passion fruit, undertones of wheat and white bread; White IPA ready to take off to New England.

330 ml bottle. Pours cloudy bright orange, decent head. Passion fruit, orange zest, grapefruit, dough, yeast, vanilla. Fruity bitterness. Dry finish. Creamy texture, medium bodied, soft carbonated. Long lasting aftertaste. Nice.

*Bottle from a local Globus. Intense floral beginning. The wheat is there, slightly sweetish. Nice bittered with floral hops on top, fruity. The floral wheat combination is interesting, moderate bittered, nice.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7.3%. Hazy golden colour, moderate white head. Moderate aroma of citrus and coriander. The flavour is citrussy and mildly spicy, not too sweet, not too dry, not sour, well balanced, with decent bittering hops in the finish. Refreshing, soft mouthfeel, pleasant to drink.

"Great White Bulldog Wheat IPA", Flasche (33 cl) von Kaufland, Berlin. - Hellgoldbraun, gut trüb. - In der Nase gediegener IPA-Hopfen, reife tropische Frucht und ein Hauch von Urin. – Antrunk weich und füllig nussig-malzig mit kremigem Weizen, herber Zitrusfrucht und etwas Nuß. Gut pampelmusig hopfenherb. Mild rezent, weich und füllig im Mund. Im Abgang kernig zitrusfruchtige Hopfenbittere und leichte nussige Malzbittere. - Interessantes IPA, dem der Weizen ein volleres und nussig-malzbitteres Gepräge gibt.
