(Thanks, Andy! nimbleprop) Bottle. A- Canadian whisky, toffee. A- Brown color, clear liquid, no head. T- Bourbon, cocoa, mild oak, toffee. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- At almost 12 years old, I have no idea how this maintained it's quality but it was pretty tasty. Definitely has some some oompf and complexity but still very very drinkable. Bourbon is the start of the show but it's light. Really good. Wish I could've had it more fresh.

Black with a large foamy brown head that left good lacing. Malty with chocolate, bourbon and cookie dough. Long finish. Full body
10 24 2018. Nice chocolatey porter, boozy bourbon front and nose. Sweet and nicely done for a porter.
2017 vintage, from market Street wine in Charlottesville, it had been hiding (else it would have been gone). Very dark Porter, fine dark brown head, very pronounced bourbon flavor but not excessive if you enjoy whiskey. High alc% makes for a warning aftertaste almost like a fortified wine (Madeira, Sherry). Chocolaty and sugary molasses notes; a previous bottle of this beer persuaded me to start brewing again.

Black with little brown head. Aroma is dark chocolate, maple syrup, bourbon flavours. Intense and nice. Taste is balanced maple syrup sweetness and coconut oils with some dark chocolate bitterness. Some carbonation induced sourness that doesnt go well with the dessert character. Coconut finish. Overall impression is not balanced enough. Still quite good.

Bottle. Dark brown to black, lowest head. Big chocolate, vanilla and coffee beans, smoky bourbon. Medium full body, light sparkly. Good bourbon, vanilla oak, pleasant roast, light jam, toffee, light licorice, nice flavor profile. I’m usually a BB grump, but this is very drinkable.

Bottle. Dark brown color with ruby highlight and a beige head. Aroma is intense bourbon, caramel, vanilla, brown sugar. Taste is bourbon, vanilla, caramel, brown sugar, molassee, coconut. Silky mouthfeel with foamy carbonation, a bit too high. Very good Bourbon juice!
